All orders have to be placed by email, this can be done through the Contact Us page.

What price do I pay?
All our prices are listed in UK GBP or Pounds and Pence.
Use you local currency converter to get your costs.

Which method of payment do you accept?
We generally issue a Paypal invoice when the goods are ready to dispatch.  Payment can also be made by cheque(UK only), postal orders and direct bank transfer.
Sorry no Credit Cards.

What is Vat?
Value Added Tax is a 17.5% charge on all goods sold in the UK and Europe Zone. This does not apply to those outside these areas and is deducted from your invoice. You may be liable for local taxes when importing from the UK.

How much will the shipping be?
UK customer orders can be sent by the usual Post Office services with options for Special Delivery. We also provide a next day courier service for special orders. All prices will be quoted on your orders size and weight.
Overseas orders can be shipped by standard service or an enhanced delivery.
Full insurance on larger items is recommended.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to ship “off the shelf” parts within 7 days and simple sabers about two weeks.
Sound effects sabers, Custom sabers and special items will take longer. Many factors effect the time it takes to build a project, these include availability of components, machining schedules, out-sourced services and the difficulty of the work involved.
